Agreement

By placing an order on aerocommerce.in you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products & licensing

We supply license keys that activate software published by the respective vendors. Your use of the software itself is governed by the vendor's end-user license agreement (EULA), which you accept during installation. Keys are for the edition, device count and territory stated on the product page.

Your account of use

You confirm the information you provide at checkout is accurate, and you will use purchased keys only within the vendor's licensing terms (for example, one key per permitted device).

Delivery

Keys and instructions are delivered on the order page immediately after payment confirmation and re-sent by email. If delivery fails for a technical reason, contact us and we will complete delivery manually within 24 hours.

Pricing & errors

Prices are in Indian Rupees inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated. In case of an obvious listing error (for example a wrong price caused by a technical fault), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, resell keys in violation of vendor terms, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with site security. We may refuse service to abusive accounts.

Limitation

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where Indian consumer law provides otherwise.

Law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the courts of Jammu.
