Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

All products on this store are digital license keys delivered instantly after payment. Because a delivered key cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a key has been displayed or emailed to you.

When you get a full refund or replacement

If a delivered key fails online activation because of a fault on our side (invalid, already used, or wrong edition), we will first replace the key. If a working replacement cannot be provided within 72 hours, you receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is deducted but no order is created, or you are charged twice, the amount auto-reverses from the gateway within 5–7 business days. Write to support@aerocommerce.in with your transaction ID if it does not.

Cancelling before delivery

An order that has not yet been delivered (e.g., payment pending) can be cancelled freely from the order page or by contacting us.
