What we collect

To process your order we collect your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number and optional GSTIN. Payment details are entered only on the payment gateway (PayU); we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password.

How we use it

We use your details to deliver your license key, send order emails, provide support and maintain purchase records required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and every email carries an unsubscribe option.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for the cart and login session, and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics to understand which pages work. No cross-site advertising trackers are placed without consent.

Where data is stored

Order records are stored on secured servers in India. Email delivery is processed through Google Workspace infrastructure (Google Apps Script).

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@aerocommerce.in. We respond within 30 days. Data needed for tax and accounting records is retained for the period required under Indian law.

Policy changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
